Wi-Fi was solid, but the laundry service was slow and unreliable.

The location to the historic part of the city is very good. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

A prime location near the cathedral, with spacious accommodations and friendly service! The breakfast was a good spread of options that set me up for exploring the city!

Parking was quite tricky with tight spaces! I found communication frustrating due to the staff's limited English skills.

The room was fabulous and absolutely perfect with view and the staff approachable.

Great equipment in the room (for example Nespresso machine). Very well-kept, good and rich breakfast buffet. Great location.

Lighting by the bed was a lottery and did not work.

The hotel itself is a landmark (located in former monastery). Other sights in the city are within 5 minutes walking distance. The room is well equipped and clean. Very friendly staff.

The place was well-maintained and good quality and restaurant was good. The location metres from a cathedral and a museum was excellent and perfect. By the way, a river and a park were right by the place. No complains at all, the hotel met the purpose.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a feast! With traditional Marche products and regional delights, it really amps up the mornings. The superb dinner was a pleasant surprise too-perfect for those quieter evenings when nearby options were scarce. And don't get me started on the lovely, beautifully restored palace vibes that wrapped us in elegance!

Check-in took a while, and I felt for the solo staff member juggling the crowd. The carpark fee of €19 is fair, but €35 for pets? That's steep for no apparent reason!

Very good location in historical place, modern equipped, aesthetic and functional, breakfast tasty. Room exceptionally spacious. We can recommend.

Close to the old town / cathedral.

The hotel did not really impress us with the size of the room, the view and the overall impression in relation to the price. The breakfast is very weak and way too expensive.

The staff was pleasant and attentive, especially the waiter who delivered our room service. The breakfast selection was really good, with high-quality foods and beverages. A scenic walk through the old town, with magnificent architecture, added charm to our stay 🌇

Everything was fine for a city hotel

An underground car park. A nice, somewhat spacious hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The city center is only a few steps away. The breakfast buffet was very good. For a stay in Burgos it's a good choice.
